Returns & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
Audrey London does not offer free returns.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are possible.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as received

  • All original components, accessories, and packaging are included

  • Only normal handling is visible (no damage caused by misuse)

  • Products where hygiene is relevant must be returned clean and unused

  • Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt

Once we receive your return request, it will be reviewed within 7 business days. If approved, the return will be officially accepted within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there are signs of use, damage, or non-compliance with the return conditions.


How Do I Return My Order?

If your return meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

Step 1 – Contact Customer Service

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo of the product (required in case of damage or defect)

  • Full name of the customer

  • Full return address of the customer

Step 2 – Wait for Approval

Do not send your return without contacting us first.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once approved, you will receive confirmation and return instructions.

Important Return Conditions

  • You must provide a photo of the packaged return

  • You must provide track & trace information

  • The customer is always responsible for return shipping costs

  • Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the returned goods

  • Items must arrive clean, unused, and in satisfactory condition


Cancellations

Right of Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

After this 1-hour window, the order is automatically processed and prepared for shipment. Cancellation is no longer possible after this point.

Orders Already in Transit

Because we operate with an automated fulfillment system and ship from Asia, orders are processed immediately.

If your order has already been dispatched or is in transit:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible

  • You must wait until delivery and then initiate a return

You may notify us in advance of your intention to return the order.


Refunds After Cancellation

If your return is approved and received, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Any additional shipping costs selected by the customer are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer

No additional fees will be charged for the refund itself.
